Aberdeen Creek

Perched on a knoll overlooking Aberdeen Creek and the South River in Annapolis, MD this custom home was designed to take full advantage of the breath taking water views. Working closely with the landscape architect and client over several years we were able to transform this sprawling 4.5 acre property into a park like setting. The rear of the house is centered around a rectangular swimming pool surrounded by a flagstone patio and custom Cedar Pergola at one end. The large expanse of hardscape is softened by lush plantings to provide year round color and texture. The entire waterfront slope of the property was planted with native grasses and perennials to help blend the natural beauty of the creek with this large home.
